Chip City opened in Astoria, Queens in 2017 by co-founders Teddy Gailas and Peter Phillips. Chip City sells a variety of large, fresh-baked cookies. These cookies include Chocolate Chip Cookie, Brookie, Cannoli, Chocolate Eclair, Caramel Apple Cider Doughnut, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Cookies N Cream, Cookie Butter, Confetti, Fluffernutter, Lemon Berry and Key Lime Pie to name a few. They now have 33 locations across seven states.

The company and its cookies were created based on the idea of making large cookies that would wow the customer. Mission accomplished. Chip City is known and beloved for their various gooey-center cookies that have been hyped all over social media.
