Our experience at Flour Bakery was fantastic. The bakery was busy, but it was clean and moving like a well oiled machine. The staff was awesome, very polite and super helpful. The selection of food and pastries were excellent. Everything was loaded with flavor and lived up to the hype.

The Sticky Bun from Flour Bakery is a circular brown bun that is loaded with pecans and covered in a deep-brown, sticky goo. 

Touch

The Sticky Bun is dense and with decent weight. It’s sticky to the touch, but moist and is absolutely screaming to be bitten into. 

Smell

The smell of the Sticky Bun is of a rich buttery, caramel, candied aroma. It’s a signature smell of a perfectly crafted sticky bun and gives you a sneak peak of just how happy your taste buds are about to become. 

Taste

The first bite is that feeling you get when you finally kiss your crush … know what I’m saying? Worth the wait and unforgettable. But the magic is in the sticky topping — a delicious mixture of dark brown sugar, honey, butter, and toasted pecans, which caramelizes into a this gooey, irresistible glaze when baked. The buns are coated in that luscious caramel, making every bite about as close to heaven as I hope to get here on earth. The pecans add an ultra satisfying crunch that act as an addictive mechanism that forces you to take another bite … until it’s all gone. If you have an opportunity to try the Sticky Buns from Flour, we highly recommend you do it. Chef Chang, you’re a legend.
