Description

Welcome to the 4-Week, full body program. Whether you are new to working out or a gym rat, this program is for you. Here we give you a 4-week program that you can use for four weeks or up to eight. As long as your body keeps responding to it, keep at it. As always, we will give you alternatives to any exercise that may require some level of experience or specific piece of equipment.
You can workout as much as you want but if you can’t figure out a game plan for your diet then you are not likely to get the results you desire. In this program, we give you a snapshot approach to dieting and how to make your diet work for you.
