The Alpha Series is a workout that was created to add another level of volume and stimulus to your training routine.
For the Bench routine we focus on the bench press as your high-volume priority exercise. From there we’ll focus on some dumbbell upper-body work before diving into the Alpha Circuit. In the Alpha Circuit we will work through one exercise with timed-rest intervals and targeted rep ranges. This circuit is short but designed to give you an Alpha pump. Finally, we’ll finish the routine with some back work and the Alpha Finisher that will add balance to close out the session.
