Description

For the Overhead Press routine we focus on the overhead press as your high-volume priority exercise. From there we’ll focus on some hamstring work before diving into the Alpha Circuit. In the Alpha Circuit we will work through one exercise with timed-rest intervals and targeted rep ranges. This circuit is short but designed to give you an Alpha pump. Finally, we’ll finish the routine with some upper-body exercises and a dash of lower body work. In total you’ll get nine exercises throughout the five-circuit routine.
