Description

Welcome to the Beginner Program. This program can be used for as little as six weeks or as much as two months. When you are new to working out your gains come quick and keep coming for months — sometimes up to a year. The younger your lifting life (years you’ve been lifting), the better your body’s response.
Here, we cover an in-depth approach to dieting, a cheat sheet for what foods to eat (including alcohol), an intro into body composition, notes and nugs, how to schedule your week and, of course, your weekly workouts.
In the workouts we’ll cover all the best exercises with plenty of commentary notes by our personal trainers to cue you through the lifts. And don’t forget to read our signature pep talk.
