Description

This Full Body Dumbbell Workout is an intermediate workout that focuses on strengthening your lower body, while also giving your upper body a nice workout. We will work on two deadlift variations that will improve the shape and strength of your glutes, hamstrings and back so every outfit fits fantastically on your body. To complete the full-body workout, you’ll be incorporating some upper-body pressing movements with a mix of accessory exercises that polish off the workout.
