Description

The Full Body I Workout is an intermediate workout that consists of four circuits of two exercises a piece. It was created to give you a go-to workout for your whole body at home. It will cover some shoulder work, a deadlift variation, a squat variation, some back, arms and a sprinkle of abs. It was created with an emphasis on dumbbells but with a barbell in mind. If you do not have a barbell then substitute with dumbbells.
