Here we focus on multi-joint exercises — with a focus on legs and abs — in higher-intensity circuits to keep your heart rate up. You’ll perform multi-movement exercises such as a squat-curl-press that focus more on movement and calories burned over resistance. You’ll also be challenged with a multitude of ab exercises to improve your core strength.
