Chest Workout is designed for the beginner to intermediate. If you are stuck in a hotel room and need a chest and upper body workout, we got you covered. Here we focus on a lot of pressing to fire up your chest and triceps with a sprinkle of pulling exercises to keep your shoulders happy and healthy. Chest Workout consists of three separate circuits that will torch your upper body. This workout does require some bottles of water for added resistance.
