WELCOME TO THE GIANT SERIES. THE GIANT WORKOUTS ARE BASED ON THE GIANT SETS TRAINING METHOD. HERE WE WILL FOCUS ON A SERIES IN EACH WORKOUT WHERE THE SETS ARE DONE TO REACH A REP GOAL, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE NUMBER OF REPS PER SET OR TOTAL SETS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE DOING SQUATS WITH A SET GOAL OF 50 REPS, YOU WILL DO AS MANY OR AS FEW SETS AS IT TAKES TO REACH A TOTAL OF 50 REPS.
IN THIS WORKOUT YOU WILL BE DOING SEVEN EXERCISES THAT WILL CHALLENGE YOUR ABS AND CORE STABILITY. WE TURNED UP THE INTENSITY IN THE FINAL CIRCUIT TO GIVE YOU AN EXTRA CALORIE-BURNING BOOST.
