HERE WE WILL FOCUS ON A SERIES IN EACH WORKOUT WHERE THE SETS ARE DONE TO REACH A REP GOAL, WITHOUT REGARD TO THE NUMBER OF REPS PER SET OR TOTAL SETS. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ARE DOING SQUATS WITH A SET GOAL OF 50 REPS, YOU WILL DO AS MANY OR AS FEW SETS AS IT TAKES TO REACH A TOTAL OF 50 REPS.
