Welcome to the GIANT Series. The Giant workouts are based on the giant sets training method. Here we will focus on a series in each workout where the sets are done to reach a rep goal, without regard to the number of reps per set or total sets. For example, if you are doing squats with a set goal of 50 reps, you will do as many or as few sets as it takes to reach a total of 50 reps.
In this workout you will be doing seven exercises that will target the legs, glutes and abs and get your heart rate to a calorie-burning level.
