Enter The Remote Workers Guide to Fitness.
Through this 12-week program, we will use your home as your gym. You will need a few tools (free weights and resistance bands) to ensure progress is continuously being made. You will work through two phases over 12-weeks of workouts, each workout building off the last. We will give you progressions and regressions to every exercise so that your current fitness level is accounted for and temporary limitations can be overcome.
This workout, this journey, this time is different. Regardless of how many times you have attempted a fitness journey and failed does not matter. This time you are stepping into a new chapter in your life with a fresh start and a new approach.
