The Mistress Workout Program was designed specifically for women. It’s a female’s guide to reaching your fitness goals. This program was designed to give women a routine that will train their bodies in the best way possible. After years of working with women, we finally know what they want! OK, that’s a bit of a stretch, but we can say – at least with fitness – we know what they like. Let’s be clear, however, that there is no difference between the way men and women train. Assuming health and ability, everyone needs to squat, deadlift, bench press, etc., but we have tailored this program to more of what our female clients love.
In this program you’ll be the mistress to this workout routine for 16 weeks. When work pisses you off or you’re bored at home, slip into your workout clothes and show your goal that you are the ravishing mistress with whom it must learn to dance. In this program we’ll establish a goal, cover diet parameters, body fat, sleep, tracking progress and a daily checklist. This workout will target plenty of glute work, abs, legs, shoulders and everything else you need to turn your body into a flawless mistress.
